Anchor Group Services in Carmarthen is seeking a Dual Service Operative to join the St Catherine\'s Walk Shopping Centre team. The role combines security and cleaning tasks, with a CCTV control room component and on-site presence to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors.

The position offers a 2 on/off shift pattern (7:30-18:00), averaging 18.5 hours per week. A CCTV licence is required, with training provided if not held.

Qualifications

• Full 5-year employment history is required.
• Valid SIA/CCTV licence or training available for the role.
• Customer service experience and ability to handle conflicts calmly.
• Understanding of COSHH and safety procedures.
• Flexible to meet job requirements, including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, smart appearance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV control room and oversee security operations.
• Respond to incidents and escalate to Control Room or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports of observations, incidents and surveillance.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and visitors.
• Maintain visible on-site presence to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
