Job summary

FTL Secure Solutions, part of Fibre Technologies, is seeking a driven B2B Security Sales Manager in the UK. You will win new business across CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, manage key accounts, and develop a high-performing sales pipeline with earnings £65,000-£100,000+ and a base £30,000-£40,000.

Hybrid role based in Berkshire with field visits and strong progression in a growing, accredited security solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in security solutions (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms) within B2B markets.
• Strong ability to build relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Ambitious, credible and commercially driven with a track record of winning new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business from lead to project win and completion.
• Engage with B2B clients to understand requirements and tailor physical security solutions.
• Drive progression in a smaller, ambitious, supportive team and potentially build your own team.
