Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Manager of Security Automation to lead the Cyber Security Automation team. You will shape automation strategy, drive multi‑year roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable operations using IaC and modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting SOAR platforms and automation workflows.
• Experience mentoring engineers and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong Python development and API integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of security automation capabilities.
• Define automation use cases to reduce manual effort and speed response.
• Own and evolve the security case management platform for stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure, platforms, and DevSecOps practices underpinning automation.
• Champion IaC, CD/CI, and secure configurations with repeatable processes.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities to enhance analysis and automate decisions.
