An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Security and Welfare team member to ensure the safety of students and staff. This role involves conducting regular patrols, addressing security issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS
Salary: Grade 4: £22,680 - £25,742 per annum (Salary review pending)
Hours: Full-time or part-time, 35 hours per week full-time, part-time hours available: Flexibility required for shifts, working nights on a 4 on 4 off rota pattern to include weekends and bank holidays.

Working as part of the Security and Welfare team within the Estates and IT directorate to ensure the safety and welfare of students, staff and visitors, the team provide a reassuring, supportive and welcoming presence delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, whilst also protecting and caring for the RAU estate and buildings.
There may be opportunities to work additional hours/overtime to cover for colleagues' absences, and to assist during busy periods and events.
