Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Global Equities Program Manager (Vice President) to lead strategic programs from concept to delivery. You will coordinate across Equities Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk, shaping initiatives that span Global Clearing, Synthetics and Prime services.

You will drive governance, manage senior stakeholder expectations and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with focus on risk controls and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing or leading complex programs from inception to execution.
• Knowledge of financial markets or related financial services.
• Experience in project governance and senior stakeholder management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
