Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Secured Loan Advisor for a growing financial services brokerage in Eccles, Manchester. The role focuses on second charge mortgages, delivering compliant advice and guiding customers from initial enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience advising on second charge mortgages or secured loans.
• Strong knowledge of secured lending products, processes and FCA requirements.
• Ability to meet targets and manage a busy pipeline with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand financial circumstances and borrowing needs.
• Advise on suitable secured lending and second charge mortgage solutions.
• Manage applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate with lenders, introducers and internal teams to progress cases.
• Maintain a strong, well-managed pipeline and meet individual targets.
• Provide clear, compliant advice throughout the process.
