Job summary

Fintelligent Search in the UK is hiring a Secured Loan Advisor to join our specialist lending team. You will handle secured lending enquiries, gather information to identify suitable lending solutions and support customers through the early stages of their applications, while developing product, market and regulatory knowledge.

This role offers a fully funded CeMAP qualification if needed, hybrid working after probation with three days per week in the Manchester office, a salary of £35,000 per

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in KPI-driven sales or financial services.
• Interest in mortgages or secured lending and willingness to complete CeMAP if required.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment and working toward career progression.

If you have experience in a fast-paced sales environment and want to build a long-term career in mortgage advice, this Secured Loan Advisor role offers the opportunity to develop your financial services experience while working towards CeMAP if you are not already qualified.

You’ll join a specialist lender that invests in its people through structured training, coaching and professional development. You’ll work alongside experienced advisers, developing your knowledge of secured lending and progressing towards a qualified mortgage advice career.

Package & Benefits

• Salary £35,000 per annum
• Monthly bonus opportunity, with OTE of up to £50,000.
• Fully funded CeMAP qualification if not already qualified.

Key Responsibilities
