BT Group in Corsham is seeking a Voice Operations Professional to support UK defence communications, delivering secure and resilient voice services from PNCC, across secure and non-secure environments. You will monitor and manage 2nd/3rd line support, provisioning, incidents and changes, ensuring high availability, and you must be eligible for DV UK Government Security Clearance.

• Experience with secure voice services and monitoring.
• Familiar with ITIL incident/change management.
• Able to work across secure and non-secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for secure voice services.
• Manage provisioning, incidents, faults, problems and changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot secure customer environments.
• Ensure platform security, performance and resilience.
