Job summary

BT Group seeks a 2nd Line Delivery Professional to provide technical service delivery using Data Services technologies. The role focuses on connectivity solutions for dedicated internet access and IP VPN, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.

Eligibility for SC, BPSS and NPPV 3 clearance is required, plus a minimum of 5 years UK work history. You will work a shift pattern to cover late shifts and Saturdays to meet customer and business demands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Data Services technologies (LAN/WAN) and Cisco/Meraki solutions.
• CCNA or equivalent networking qualification with routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, BGP, HSRP.
• Proven ability to own technical deliveries and resolve incidents with strong prioritisation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical delivery incidents, changes, or problems for connectivity solutions.
• Progress service delivery requests on customer and provider edge devices.
• Collaborate with customers and BT teams during production, delivery and development.
• Provide remote support to onsite engineers during deployment and issue resolution.
