Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing post room operations, distribution services or internal logistics.
• Understanding of information security and secure document handling.
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.

• Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams.
• Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead mailroom, courier, parcel and internal distribution across multiple sites.
