Axiom Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Mailroom & Porterage Manager to lead mailroom, porterage, courier and distribution across multiple sites in a highly regulated environment. You will manage a multi-site team, oversee all mail flows, and ensure strict security and audit compliance.

The role requires current SC clearance, willingness for enhanced screening, and proven experience in security-sensitive operations. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site mailroom operatives and porters, including rotas and training.
• Oversee inbound/outbound mail, couriers, and internal distribution to meet service levels.
• Manage porterage, internal moves and movement of furniture and equipment.
• Ensure secure handling and tracking of confidential items per audit requirements.
• Manage couriers, suppliers, budgets and operational costs.
• Act as main client contact for service issues and reviews.
