The successful candidate will work alongside direct and indirect account teams to help ensure effective service delivery and operational performance., We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive manager who can support front-line colleagues, manage priorities effectively, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of service delivery standards, performance requirements, and health and safety responsibilities.
