Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Weybridge seeks a Section Manager for the Brooklands Customer Delivery Hub. You will lead a team of Partners responsible for direct-to-customer deliveries and ensure smooth supply chain operations with top customer service aligned to the John Lewis standard.

You’ll drive KPI achievement, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage day-to-day transport office activities. The role is 37.5 hours weekly on a 7-week rotation, with a mix of early/late shifts and some weekend

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Transport Operations and Legal Compliance.
• People Management Experience.
• Experience of managing disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan operational resources daily and weekly with Partners and agency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with operational teams to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor and analyse department KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure daily communication with the transport planning team.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the transport office, including schedules and calls.
