Job summary

Candour Talent are recruiting for a Section Leader - Lithography to head the lithography team at the Port Talbot facility. You will lead technical performance, drive improvements, and coordinate with Pre-Press and maintenance to ensure smooth production.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of dry offset printing, coatings, colour control, and process optimisation, with a proven track record of coaching printing personnel and delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in dry offset printing and associated processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of offset printing machinery, coatings and finishes.
• Proven capability in process control, colour management and print quality.
• Experience coaching printing personnel and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and development for the lithography section.
• Ensure day-to-day technical performance, tooling readiness and process control.
• Collaborate with Pre-Press to ensure correct artwork, plates, inks and coatings.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule shutdowns and equipment improvements.
• Engage with customers during proofing, colour approvals and launches.
