Job summary

Technique Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Dereham seeks a skilled Lithographic Printer to operate high-spec equipment within a fast-paced, quality-driven production team. You will ensure colour accuracy, manage inks and stock, and maintain equipment with a proactive, team-focused approach.

Strong experience with Man Roland presses and UV coater is preferred; overtime opportunities available. Hours: 37.5hrs Mon-Thu 8am-4pm, Fri 7am-3pm with overtime possibility.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lithographic Printer.
• Understanding of UV press.
• Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues.
• Flexible shift work and team-focused ethic.

Responsibilities

• Press operation of Man Roland 560 B2/6 colour plus UV coater.
• Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
• Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
• Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.

Job description

Position: Lithographic Offset Printer

Location: Dereham, Norfolk

Hours: 37.5hrs Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 3pm plus overtime opportunity

My client is a family run and owned print packaging company based in Dereham, they are seeking a and dedicated skilled Lithographic Printer to join their production team on a permanent basis, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Press Operation of Man Roland 560 B2/6 colour plus UV coater: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
• Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
• Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
• Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.
