Job summary

Mail Solutions Group is seeking a reliable Digital Printer / Print Finisher to join their team in Telford, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment and overseeing print finishing tasks to meet high-quality standards.

This permanent role offers a 36-40 hour working week with possible evening and weekend work. Candidates will gain experience with industry-leading technology and receive training to develop their career in the print industry.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting and moving materials.
• Previous experience in digital printing, print finishing, or a manufacturing/production environment.
• Understanding of print production processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Ricoh digital printing lines.
• Set up print jobs according to specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the printing process.
• Carry out print finishing duties like stapling and guillotining.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Assist with machine maintenance.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively to achieve production targets.
