Job summary

LJ Recruitment seeks an experienced Litho Printer to operate the Heidelberg XL106 eight-colour press in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment in Dundee. The role is full-time and permanent, with a 12-hour shift pattern and a 3 on/3 off or 4 on/4 off rotation.

Relocation to Dundee is supported with a £3,000 relocation bonus. You will be part of a small team of 2–3, contributing to accurate colour control and efficient press operation while upholding ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating litho/offset presses preferred.
• Ability to maintain colour accuracy and ISO quality standards.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Heidelberg XL106 eight-colour press (B1/B2).
• Ensure accurate colour control and ISO quality compliance.

I'm looking for an experienced Printer, who is happy to RELOCATE to Dundee for this position. (If you are already in Dundee, even better)

My client are a large global print business, recognised as one of the leaders in their industry.

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience) £3,000 Relocation Bonus Available

We're seeking a Litho Printer to operate the Heidelberg XL106 eight-colour press in a dynamic, high-quality production environment. Working as part of a team of 2-3, you'll contribute to an efficient and forward-thinking press operation.

We welcome applications from experienced printers, newly qualified apprentices, or experienced minders ready to step up.

A full-time, permanent position

12-hour shift pattern, including both day and night shifts

Choice of 3 on / 3 off or 4 on / 4 off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate B1/B2 Heidelberg presses (or equivalent)
• Ensure accurate colour control and compliance with ISO quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of press equipment and surrounding area
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Operate effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues
