About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working arrangements, we can accommodate your preferences, but late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations by having the right colleagues in the right place at the right time.

We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing skill development, providing opportunities for growth within retail.

You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success. An enthusiastic learner, you will be a strong coach, mentor, and motivator, setting a positive example for colleagues and ensuring excellent customer service.
