We are looking for a committed and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects in the absence of the usual class teacher. Beginning May 2025.

Role Overview

This role is vital in maintaining continuity of learning and a positive environment for students.

Responsibilities as Cover Supervisor:

1. Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
2. Provide supervision and guidance during class activities.
3. Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work.
4. Report back on student engagement and any issues to the relevant staff.

Ideal Candidate:

• Is flexible, reliable, and confident managing classes across Key Stages.
• Has strong behaviour management skills as a Cover Supervisor.
• Is calm under pressure and maintains a professional attitude.
• Can quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
