Cromwell is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a culture of safety. You will drive process development, standardisation, and performance against service and cost targets.
You will coach and mentor team members, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with the DC leadership to plan staffing, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based at our distribution centre in the UK.
This position is responsible for leading team members working across the distribution centre, the supervisor needs to champion team members to provide an exceptional customer experience, be involved in process development and standardisation, drive all customer, process and financial metrics. The objective is to drive engagement and develop, create and maintain a culture of safety.
