  • Take ownership of key balance sheet and P&L areas, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, providing clear analysis and commentary on key movements, risks and issues.
  • Lead, coach and develop Management Accountants and Assistant Accountants, empowering the team to take ownership, challenge existing ways of working and continuously improve how we operate. Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes, ensuring policies and standards are consistently applied across the business.
  • Drive simplification, standardisation and automation, reducing manual processes and improving the efficiency and quality of financial reporting.
  • Partner with FP&A, Finance Business Partners, operational teams and wider Finance functions to provide accounting guidance, resolve issues and support transformation initiatives.
