At Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd, we are seeking a Delivery Operative to support the Operations Manager in ensuring reliable, on-time deliveries within the designated area. You will assist with daily operations, driver duties, and customer interactions, helping maintain high service levels and safety standards.
The role requires a valid driving licence, good computer literacy, and a proactive approach to learning new systems.

Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager (OM) in the Service Quality delivery for customers within the defined territory. Support HM to deliver key performance metrics through clear objectives.
To partner with all relevant stakeholders to drive exceptional delivery service. Optimise deployment of branch fleet to improve efficiencies whilst operating in line with strategic goals.
