Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Section Housekeeper for The 5 Star May Fair Hotel in London. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms in your section and returning them to Front of House for allocation, ensuring cleanliness standards, and greeting guests with a friendly, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred in 4- or 5-star hotel operations; training will be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Basic command of English is required for communication.
• Understands the importance of teamwork and works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain rooms in your section and return them to Front of House for allocation.
• Maintain your own standards of cleanliness in assigned rooms.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with questions or issues.
• Ensure feedback or complaints are passed to the Housekeeper.
• Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with our values.

We are currently recruiting for a Section Housekeeper to join The 5 Star May Fair Hotel.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel as a Section Housekeeper.
• As a Section Housekeeper you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms in your section and returning them to Front of House for allocation.
• You will be responsible for your own standards of cleanliness within the rooms that you are allocated.
• You will greet all guests that you meet in a friendly and courteous manner and will do what you can to answer and questions and help with any problems. You will ensure that any feedback or complaints are passed on to the Housekeeper.
• You will ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards which are to exceed guest expectations.

About You
