Job summary

The role involves interpreting design specifications and ensuring adherence to industry regulations on site in Manchester. Responsibilities include overseeing technical delivery, reviewing drawings, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining site records with PM and site teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Understanding of consents, logistics, and traffic management.
• Awareness of commercial processes.
• Experience in people and project management.
