Responsibilities

• Support students with mild SEN on 1:1 and small group basis.
• Work within the Designated Provision to aid access to the secondary curriculum.
• Provide additional support with classroom learning and activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
