Prospero Teaching is delighted to be recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to work at a thriving Academy in Oldham, starting in September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic secondary school where your contribution will have a meaningful impact on student progress and well-being.

The Role:

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 (ages 1116)
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted support
• Assisting classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEND)

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, mentoring, childcare, youth work)
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK

Relevant qualifications such as CACHE, Level 2/3 TA, or a degree in education/related field are a bonus but not essential.
