Job Description:

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next full-time role in a vibrant and supportive secondary school environment? A well-regarded school in the Stretford area is seeking a committed individual to join their team from September on a long-term basis.

Key Details:

• Start Date: September
• Hours: Full time, 8:15am – 3:15pm (Monday to Friday)
• Contract: Long-term
• Location: Trafford (specific school details provided upon shortlisting)

The Role:

This position involves supporting students across various subjects within the classroom, assisting with both individual and small group work, and helping to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UK mainstream secondary schools is essential
• Confident, reliable, and proactive in supporting both staff and students
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Must be available for full-time hours and committed to a long-term position
• A formal TA qualification is not required, but relevant experience and a proactive attitude are essential
