Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is recruiting for Secondary School Support Staff to work across Bradford schools. You will support students in classrooms, deliver one-to-one and group interventions, assist teachers, and provide pastoral support.

The role offers flexible working options and competitive daily rates. Suitable candidates may have experience with young people and must meet safeguarding requirements, including an Enhanced DBS.

Protocol Education is currently recruiting Secondary School Support Staff to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Bradford.

Whether you have previous school experience or transferable skills from youth work, coaching, care, or mentoring, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a valued member of our support team, you'll work across a range of secondary school settings, helping students to engage in learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
