Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Secondary School Support Staff to work across Halifax's welcoming secondary schools. You will help students engage in learning, support teachers, and contribute to a positive school environment.

Experience with young people is desirable, with strong communication and safeguarding ethos. This is a temporary, flexible role offering ongoing CPD and dedicated consultant support through Protocol Education.

The Role

As a valued member of our support team, you'll work across a range of secondary school settings, helping students to engage in learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
