Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting Secondary School Support Staff to work across Halifax-area secondary schools. You will support students, deliver interventions, assist teachers, and provide pastoral care in a variety of settings.

Experience with young people is desirable. You will be part of a supportive team with flexible hours and opportunities for CPD. DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of the requirements.

Are you passionate about supporting young people and looking for a rewarding role within education? Protocol Education is currently recruiting Secondary School Support Staff to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Halifax.

Whether you have previous school experience or transferable skills from youth work, coaching, care or mentoring, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a valued member of our support team, you'll work across a range of secondary school settings, helping students to engage in learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
