Vision for Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with secondary pupils in Burnley, supporting students aged 11–16 who may have EHCPs for SEMH, Autism or ADHD. You will help manage behaviours in small classes and deliver tailored educational activities.

This full-time role offers opportunities for permanent placement after a qualifying period, with safeguarding checks and dedicated consultant support from Vision for Education.

Qualifikationen

• Be confident in behaviour management to de-escalate threats.
• Mentor and engage students, delivering educational packages.
• Be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things personally.
• Desirable: experience in a specialist school setting.
