Job summary

Greenhill & Co. in London is seeking an Associate to join the Private Capital Advisory team after the Mizuho acquisition.

You will help originate and execute a broad range of secondary transactions, including portfolio sales, continuation vehicles and GP stakes, working closely with senior bankers and junior team members. The role requires strong financial analysis, valuation, and client materials preparation, plus investor outreach and cross-border collaboration with Mizuho | Greenhill offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, secondary advisory, private equity, or related field.
• Interest in LP-led and GP-led transactions and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution across secondary deals, including due diligence of funds and portfolio companies.
• Develop and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client materials: CIMs, valuations, process docs and diligence responses.
• Coordinate investor outreach and due diligence processes.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations and discussions presenting analyses.
