Job summary

TeacherActive is actively recruiting a Secondary LSA for a long-term role in Dewsbury, supporting KS3 and KS4. The position offers a daily rate of £90–£105 and the chance to contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

You will work closely with teaching staff to engage pupils across multiple subjects, helping them achieve their best. The role is with a mainstream secondary school and includes access to CPD and ongoing support through TeacherActive.

Qualifications

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Dewsbury that is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The school encourages students to achieve their best through high-quality education, strong pastoral care and a positive school culture. The school is looking to appoint a Secondary LSA on a long-term basis from September. The successful Secondary LSA will provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting students with their learning, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged across a variety of subject areas.
