Protocol Education is recruiting a Learning Support Mentor to join a Secondary School in Epping Forest. This full-time role supports pupils 1:1, in small groups or classrooms, including those with SEND/ SEMH. The position offers ongoing professional development and a pathway to permanence.

Ideal candidates come from Education, Youth work, healthcare, or related backgrounds with empathy, reliability and a proactive attitude. DBS checks and safeguarding training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1, small group or classroom basis.
