Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a school based in Crewe who are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor. The school is OFSTED rated ‘Good’ and they are looking for an individual to maintain excellent learning standards in the absence of the class teacher. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to get into teaching and wants to gain further experience within a classroom.
The role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for the class in the absence of the teacher, ensuring all pre-set work is completed to a high standard and behaviour is maintained. There is no marking or planning involved in this role but you will be expected to follow the school’s behaviour policies and be able to maintain a positive and supporting learning environment. Additionally, you will liaise with other members of staff to provide updates on student progress and behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
