Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting enthusiastic secondary school bank staff to support Manor High School as part of its partnership with the Oak Academy Trust. This is a flexible role for Cover Supervisors, Learning Support Assistants, and teachers seeking varied work opportunities.

Applicants should have experience with secondary students, strong communication, and safeguarding commitment. An enhanced DBS Update Service is preferred or willingness to obtain one; DBS checks are required for

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom cover across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Support students to maintain learning continuity during lessons.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines as required.
