Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and ensure continuity of education for students across our Devon & Cornwall network.

You will deliver engaging lessons, step in for absent teachers, manage classrooms effectively, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions and consistent learning outcomes. QTS or equivalent is required; strong communication and adaptability are essential, with weekly pay

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in education settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and provide continuity of education for our students.

Position Overview:

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various grade levels. You will step in for absent teachers, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students receive the support they need to continue their educational journey seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
