Qualifications

• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems including boilers, air handlers, univents, exhaust fans, chillers, DDC systems.
• Plumbing, door hardware and electrical systems awareness as part of building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical devices and building systems as assigned.
• Report to the Manager of Operations and/or the Maintenance Supervisor of Skilled Trades.
