Crerar Hotels Balmoral Arms seeks a skilled Second Chef to support the Head Chef in maintaining high kitchen standards. You will lead and train the team, assist with menu development, and ensure food hygiene and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

With experience in a busy kitchen you will help manage portion control, stock and waste, driving profitability while delivering excellent guest experiences.
