Care UK, a multi award winning care provider, is seeking an aspiring Second Chef to lead a busy kitchen delivering fresh, seasonal meals for residents. You will oversee menu planning, stock control and ensure high standards of food safety in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment with fresh and seasonal produce.
• Strong team leadership and training skills.
• Ability to design nutritious menus and manage stock within cost guidelines.
