Runwood Homes is recruiting a Second Chef to join the Hospitality team. You will deliver hotel and restaurant standard meals for residents, supporting the Head Chef and stepping in during their absence.

• Experience in a catering environment with food preparation.
• Knowledge of dietary and nutritional requirements.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is required; NVQ Level 2 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver meals to high standards for residents.
• Support Head Chef and lead in their absence.
• Ensure meals comply with menu and company requirements.
• Maintain food safety, portion control, and waste reduction.
• Monitor dietary needs and adapt dishes as required.
• Ensure proper storage and stock rotation; place orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and safeguarding policies.
