Requirements:

• A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing
• A good understanding of nutrition
• Experience working with fresh seasonal food
• Ability to create a welcoming environment within the home
• Confidence engaging with residents to develop appetizing, nutritious menus
• Good understanding of HACCP standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Work with fresh produce to prepare high-quality, wholesome dishes
