• CeMAP ideally, with the ability to structure deals efficiently.
• Strong experience brokering second charge and secured lending.
• Excellent communication with clients and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with inbound client enquiries.
• Assess borrower needs and structure tailored second charge and secured loan solutions.
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion with support from packaging and compliance teams.
• Liaise with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients for informed borrowing decisions.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and build lasting client relationships.
