Join a team with in-house lead generation, work directly with inbound enquiries, structure tailored solutions, manage cases end‑to‑end with packaging and compliance support, and liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors to progress deals efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• CeMAP qualification with ability to communicate confidently with clients and lenders.
• Commercial thinking and efficient deal structuring.
• Solid experience in brokering second charge and secured lending.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with inbound client enquiries
• Assess borrower needs and structure tailored second charge and secured loan solutions
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion with packaging and compliance support
• Liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors to progress deals
• Provide expert advice to clients for informed borrowing decisions
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and build lasting client relationships
