Simple Financial Planning Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Mortgage Adviser specializing in first and second charge mortgages. Based at Bridgeton offices, you will provide high-quality, compliant advice, assess customers’ financial circumstances and objectives, and guide them through suitable lending solutions.

This in-office role offers a small hybrid working model, a £35,000 basic salary, and a £71,000+ OTE with uncapped bonus rewards for performance.

Formación

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in mortgages, secured lending or specialist lending preferred.
• Confident providing advice over the telephone.
• Committed to delivering compliant, high-quality advice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, compliant second charge mortgage advice.
• Understand customers’ financial circumstances and objectives.
• Identify suitable lending solutions and explain costs and risks.
• Work with underwriting to progress applications to completion.
• Maintain accurate and compliant customer records.
• Meet FCA regulatory requirements and internal standards.
