Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
• Fresh food background with good all-round cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead the team during service and in the Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Assist with menu development and daily specials.
• Help manage stock, food costs, and minimise waste.
• Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards.
