Qualifications

• Formal cookery experience in a high‑quality kitchen is preferred.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and developing ideas for menus.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment while keeping consistency.
• Proactive with kitchen standards and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Cook and prepare high standards across all services.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen cleanliness.
• Contribute ideas to menus and seasonal changes.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
