• Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.
• Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs
• Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines
• Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment
• Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required

Vivienne Westwood is currently seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at our Nottingham store. This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis for 8 weeks, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and creative retail environment while representing one of the world's most renowned luxury fashion houses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
