Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to welcome customers, understand needs and help them find the right products and offers. You’ll process purchases at tills or self-checkouts, replenish stock and keep shelves looking great while supporting deliveries and stockroom tasks.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, team players with energy and a proactive attitude, able to adapt to busy peak periods during the festive season.

Qualifications

• Available to work during Bank Holidays and peak Christmas period.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping shoppers.

• Able to balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks in a busy retail environment.

• Able to learn new systems and use tills and self-checkouts confidently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create friendly, personalised service to deliver memorable experiences.
• Assist customers with purchases at tills or self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas tidy and appealing.
• Work across store areas and support the team as needed.
