Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, discover offers and support busy Christmas periods. You will assist on the shop floor, support deliveries, replenish stock and help create a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This temporary role includes working across store areas, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
